01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Returns policy, all of which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

5.3 Taxes & Duties

Prices displayed include applicable UAE VAT unless stated otherwise. For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

If you submit product reviews, photos, ratings or other content (“User Content”) to our website or social channels, you grant LYCKA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that it does not infringe any third party's rights, is not defamatory, offensive, or unlawful. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.
